Terms and Conditions — Upper Edge Drone Photography LLC

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Upper Edge Drone Photography LLC ("Upper Edge," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website and our communications with you. By engaging our services or providing your contact information, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Upper Edge provides drone aerial photography, videography, mapping, and related media services for real estate, construction, commercial, and other clients. Project scope, pricing, scheduling, and deliverables are agreed between you and Upper Edge for each engagement.

Communications and SMS Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting, you agree that Upper Edge may contact you by phone, email, and SMS text message regarding your projects. This includes operational and service-related messages such as notifications before a scheduled drone flight at your site, and scheduling and delivery updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at ryan@upperedgedrones.com or (641) 651-0330. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Scheduling, Weather, and Airspace

Drone operations are subject to weather, safety, and FAA airspace requirements and authorizations. Scheduled flights may be rescheduled as needed for these reasons; we will communicate any changes.

Intellectual Property and Use of Media

Ownership and licensing of delivered media are as agreed in each project engagement. Website content is owned by Upper Edge and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, Upper Edge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued engagement of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
